INSTRUCTIONS
Set a timer to count upwards
At the start of the first minute complete 5 Burpees and 1 Wall Ball then rest for the remainder of the minute.
At the start of the next minutes complete 5 Burpees and 2 Wall Balls then rest for the remainder of the minute.
Continue to complete the pattern adding 1 extra Wall Ball per minute until you can’t complete the set in the time.
